Steve
Anderson (AKA Mr. Adelson) has performed in the play, PHILADELPHIA
STORY, and the Joe Sidell Production, RED
NOSE DIARIES. He also played Dr. Evenston in a horror drama, SHIFTED
GAZE, and
provided various voices for a mock radio comedy, NIGHT OF RADIO
PLAYS for the Old Pueblo Playwrights.
Mr
Adelson has also been a Reader for Sunsounds, a radio service for
the blind. While at Sunsounds Mr Adelson had launched
a production which dramatized the novel "Glory Road" by
Robert Heinlein. In this capacity he was Producer, Director
and Voice actor.
Steve
Adelson is, among many other things, an instructor at the University
of Arizona's Writer's Works Center, specializing
in teaching journalists and writers of every genre, modern research
and investigation techniques. He is the author of the textbook,
How To Research Your Story Idea. Mr Adelson is a member of
the Society of Southwestern Authors and for three years has delivered
special interest seminars for their annual Writer's Conference.
He is also a book reviewer and a columnist for Blue Murder Mystery
Magazine and the Arizona Daily Star newspaper. His work has
also appeared in Mountain Views Magazine and The Write Word.
He
has performed magic, studied the works of Leonardo da Vinci, Bach
and
Mozart.
His extensive travels have taken him through Great Britian, Scandinavia
and the Carribean. Previously, Mr Adelson has worked for
the Smithsonian Institute's National Air and Space Museum in Washington
D.C. and for the Department of Defense specializing in wordwide
logistics management. Currently he is investigating the development
of e-commerce for a variety of publishing ventures.
